AbridgeRx Refund & Shipping Policy
Last Updated: February 11, 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for using AbridgeRx. As a software technology platform, we facilitate the connection between you, your Prescriber, and our network of accredited 503A Compounding Pharmacies.

Because the products facilitated through our platform are custom-compounded prescription medications, they are subject to strict federal regulations regarding safety, returns, and shipping.
2. NO RETURNS ON PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS
2.1. Federal Safety Regulations.
Under federal and state pharmacy laws, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy. Because we cannot guarantee the chain of custody or storage conditions once the package is delivered, we are legally prohibited from accepting returns or issuing refunds for shipped medications.

2.2. Final Sale.
All sales are FINAL once the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, USPS, UPS) is in possession of the package.
3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
3.1. Cancellation Before Shipping.
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at support@abridgerx.com.
  • If the pharmacy has not yet compounded or shipped your medication, we may be able to process a cancellation and full refund.
  • If the medication has already been compounded (made specifically for you) or shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
3.2. Automatic Refills.
For patients on a recurring Care Plan, we will notify you via email 48 hours before your refill is processed. You must cancel or modify your subscription within this 48-hour window. Once the refill processes and ships, it is non-refundable.
4. QUALITY ASSURANCE & REPLACEMENTS
While we cannot accept returns, we stand by the quality of our Partner Pharmacies. We will issue a replacement at no cost in the following scenarios:Damaged or Broken Items.

If your medication arrives damaged (e.g., broken vial, crushed box), please email support@abridgerx.com within 72 hours of delivery. You must attach a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
5.1. Our Pharmacy Partners.
AbridgeRx does not store or ship medication. All fulfillment is handled by our network of licensed 503A Compounding Pharmacies, including but not limited to MediVera Compounding Pharmacy (MI), Apex Pharmacy (TX), and Curexa Pharmacy (NJ).

5.2. Processing Time.
Custom compounding takes time. Please allow 4–8 business days for your medication to be formulated, quality-tested, and shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

5.3. Carrier Delays.
Shipping times provided are estimates. AbridgeRx and our Partner Pharmacies are not liable for delays caused by the carrier (FedEx/USPS/UPS), weather, or "Acts of God."

5.4. Lost or Stolen Packages.
Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your building manager. AbridgeRx is not responsible for stolen packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
6.1. United States Only.
We currently facilitate shipping only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
7. CONTACT US
